Who we are

Central Coast Surveillance operates under GILCO INC. and specializes in surveillance systems, fiber optics, structured cabling, networking, and low-voltage infrastructure. The work is led by Manuel Alcaraz, a Certified Fiber Optic Technician with more than 20 years of experience in the field.

We're local to the 831. We know the properties here: the ranches and farmland in the valley, the restaurants and retail along the coast, the apartment communities and single-family homes in between. We design systems that fit them instead of selling a one-size-fits-all package.
